How to use it

  • 01Go for a normal run and count how many times one foot lands in 30 seconds. Multiply by four — that's your current steps per minute.
  • 02Set the beat five steps a minute faster than that. Not twenty — too big a jump feels frantic and you'll give up on it.
  • 03Match it for a few minutes at a time, not the whole run. Short, repeated goes are what actually change your stride.

Keep your screen awake — phones suspend audio when the screen locks. The beat won't drift while it's playing.
